From the first meeting, it was clear Mila Homes wanted to stand out in a very crowded property investment market.
It’s a family run business looking scale up in the next few years so the brand purpose, vision, mission, values, personality and positioning was critical.
Everything kicked off with one-to-one interviews, before completing a brand audit and research to understand the opportunities from the meetings.
Finally, a full day brand workshop in a rather cool setting to nail down the brand purpose etc. which threw up some interesting results around the direction and values going forward.
All of these steps were critical in creating the Mila Brand Identity ( to feel personal), the visual treatment (to be engaging) and the tone for all communications (to be a balance of educational and inspirational).
