A Glasgow martial arts club with students aged three to black belt and beyond

Titan runs classes for everyone from tiny tots taking their first kicks to adults training for their black belt dans. That age range is a genuine challenge for any brand. What feels exciting and approachable to a three year old has to carry the same credibility for a serious adult competitor. The old identity had served its time but it no longer reflected the full breadth of who Titan is and who it welcomes through the door.

The brief was to refresh the brand in a way that honoured the history while giving it the energy and range to speak to every age and stage. Taking elements of the classic helmet logo and combining them with the dynamic image of a student mid kick, the new identity feels rooted in the sport but alive with movement. Bold enough for a competitor. Friendly enough for a preschooler on a Saturday morning.

A brand that grows with you from your first class to your first dan.

The real measure came later. The logo now lives on the walls of the studio, across the club’s clothing range and in hand-drawn cards from the kids who train there. You can’t ask for better feedback than that.
